Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to U.S. overseas territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or countries outside the United States.

Shipping cost

All orders within our delivery area receive free standard shipping. No expedited shipping option is offered.

Handling and transit time

Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start date. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Business days and order cut-off

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our daily cut-off is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 Central Standard Time (CST), without daylight-saving adjustment. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day use that day as the processing calculation start date. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends, or on excluded holidays start calculation on the next business day.

Taxes

The checkout tax charge is $0 under our current store pricing setup. This does not represent a claim that products are legally tax-exempt.
