All three collections use a 100% mulberry silk outer, polyester filling and a matching silk-covered adjustable elastic strap. Atelier styles have contrast piping. There is no removable insert, added fragrance or weighted filling.

Essential Silk measures approximately 21 × 10 cm; Atelier Piped 22 × 10.5 cm; Grand Silk 23 × 11 cm. Each is a single adult size with an adjustable strap. Compare the dimensions with your preference; fit varies between people.

Gently hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent suitable for silk. Do not bleach, wring or tumble dry. Reshape and dry flat in shade. Follow the care guidance on your product page, including piping and padding instructions.

Free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; not a delivery guarantee.

Our cut-off is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 CST. Orders before cut-off on a business day start calculation that day. Later orders, weekends and U.S. federal holidays start calculation on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee. Contact us before sending a return to our company address in France.

We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect products. Customers pay for change-of-mind returns. Ordinary unused-condition requirements do not block a damaged, defective or incorrect-item claim.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment account within 10 calendar days of approval. Bank posting time may be additional.
